Visitors are able to explore both the Gardens and parts of the Mansion, including the Stables and cellars. There are no guided tours but Room Stewards will on hand to answer questions in addition to short Introductory Talks in the hall. Tea, coffee, home-made cakes and lunches are available, as well as a bar selling alcoholic drinks. There are stalls, exhibitions, home-made and home-grown produce for sale and a number of musical and children’s events. The Trust shop will also be open as well as the popular second-hand book stall. This is a ticketed event but it may be possible to buy tickets at the entrance. £10
