Honey: Tasting and Testing
Join us to learn how bees make honey, extract and bottle your own Copped Hall honey and dig deeper into recent media focus on honey authenticity. You will taste the best and worst honeys and witness demonstrations to evaluate the numerous online suggestions for how you can test if your honey is ‘real’.

We will be selling Copped Hall Honey and hive products at Copped Hall on Sunday 27th August between 11am and 4pm.
The only access to Copped Hall is via the white 18th century gates on Crown Hill (Upshire Road). The postcode for entry on Satnav is CM16 5HR. The lodges are privately owned and it is essential not to disturb the lodge owners for access.

Highams Park Spring Festival
As well as a variety of food, drink and craft/gift stalls there will be displays and entertainments with something for all ages including the following:
Games stalls, Shire horses display, Ferrets, Storyteller, Live Music, small Funfair Rides, Chainsaw sculptor, Maypole and Folk Dancing & Classic Car Show.

Swaines Green Fayre
Swaines Green Fayre has run annually since 2002 and is a fun day out for all the family packed with craft stalls, food and happenings.
